HOW TO GET THERE..

Our celebration will take place in Isleornsay on the southern peninsula of Sleat on the Isle of Skye. Travel involves reaching the island either by ferry or bridge with the nearest airport being Inverness 2 hrs 20 mins drive away. If you’re flying we’d recommend flying into Inverness and hiring a car from there.

There’s also the Caledonian Sleeper train if you’re coming from the south of England.

Where to Stay

Hotels and Guesthouses

We have held 18 rooms for guests at the Eilean Iarmain hotel which is a ten minute walk from the venue. You can book via the website here. Let them know you are attending Matty and Jason’s celebration.

There are a number of Airbnbs and guesthouses available in the local area. You could even stay at the Isleornsay lighthouse! We’d recommend staying within a 15 minute drive from the hotel. Please remember this is a small rural community and taxis are scarce. We will organise a couple of cars to help ferry people back to their accommodation on the Sat night.
